Platform coverage
Understand the difference between a catalog record, an episode, a playable address and a delivered file.
Coverage belongs to an operation
Use the platform filter in Tools. Search, actor profiles, catalogs, episode information, comments and file delivery have separate coverage. The interface distinguishes available operations, connections that are not configured and verification that is still pending.
Supplier documentation is reviewed before an operation is admitted. Real output and pricing must also be checked. A successful source status is not by itself proof of a useful record or a complete video.
Episodes and versions
A catalog's reported episode count can be larger than the actual episode rows returned. Unreleased placeholders do not become released episodes. Free, locked and unknown access are distinct; an unknown flag does not mean free.
Site language, spoken language, subtitle language and catalog country are different fields. A local-language title does not prove a translated video exists, and similar titles across platforms do not prove they are the same work.
Actor collections
Actor-tag collections, native cast IDs and complete career filmographies are different things. A profile can list verified works while providing no biography. The result reports the observed locale, listed count, platform-reported total and any missing pages. Unreviewed classification codes are not converted into claimed genres or types. Existing saved title facts can be compared without another acquisition.
Counts and charts
Views, follows, collects and popularity scores retain each platform's meaning. Do not treat them as revenue, unique viewers or interchangeable market-share measurements. Rankings describe the collected scope and observation time.
Change detection needs an earlier observation. The first result is a baseline, not a historical trend. Partial collections cannot establish that an absent title has been removed from the platform.
Comments and files
Comment coverage may be limited to a public page or a small sample. Check the partial-coverage note before interpreting it as the full audience response.
A media address, language label or preview does not mean a full file has been delivered. Download only material you are entitled to process. File availability, expiry and actual delivery are shown within the task; locked or unavailable episodes are not promised as downloads.
NetShort's currently verified category search is an English native-category sample. It does not enable unverified keyword searches or establish complete directory coverage. Reported language availability and a shared library identifier remain source facts; they do not by themselves prove another localized title's identity.
Observed English and French NetShort catalog entries can be related by an explicitly reported native group while retaining their own title IDs and observation times. Only independently saved entries are listed as observed versions; reported availability in other languages is kept separate.
GoodShort English title metadata includes reported episode count and independent raw/display view values. A first-episode publication timestamp is not presented as a premiere date; unknown cast stays unknown. This metadata admission does not enable episode downloading or an unverified keyword/category mode.
Editorial order, episode metadata and publication checks
ShortMax rankings currently show up to three entries from an English homepage editorial rail. The named rail and its supplied positions stay together. They are not a global popularity, view-count or revenue chart.
Vigloo accepts original English program links for US/en title and episode metadata. A program's reported episode count does not replace independently observed episode IDs. Episode reports keep native program and season membership, reported free flags and prices in Vigloo coins. Unknown locks, episode kind and playback remain unknown; this does not enable video downloads.
NetShort publication-date reports check at most three English titles from one named category. The report retains every verified check, including unknown dates and nonmatches. Matching uses platform-reported publication timestamps within the stated UTC window, not verified premiere dates or a complete platform release feed.
Kuku title collection accepts native short-drama show IDs and checks native reel/type evidence. It fetches metadata without an episode directory. Reported episode, total and artificial-scarcity counts stay separate; none is a verified list of playable episodes. The platform's listens counter is not reported as video views, its language slug is not converted into a guessed ISO locale, and its publication timestamp is not a verified premiere. Cast, free boundaries and usable files can remain unknown.
