Who this policy covers

This policy applies to ShortDramaKit at shortdramakit.com, including its website, account dashboard and unified API. ShortDramaKit provides drama-list collection and metadata exports, and downloads of supported available episodes. Contact support@shortdramakit.com about privacy or your stored data.

Google and GitHub sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, ShortDramaKit receives your basic account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status and profile image when available. GitHub sign-in provides the equivalent account identity and email information. We use this information to create and identify your account, maintain your session, protect your private tasks and credit balance, and grant the one-time welcome credits.

We do not ask for your Google or GitHub password. Google sign-in does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or other account content. Access, refresh and ID tokens used to complete sign-in are not retained in our account database after sign-in. Revoking access in your Google or GitHub account prevents future authorized access; it does not itself delete records already stored by ShortDramaKit.

How we use Google user data

Google account information is used for the account and security functions described above. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not send Google sign-in tokens or profile information to the external source services used by the tools.

ShortDramaKit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Tasks, files and payments

The tools process the original title links, selected fields, episode choices and other inputs you submit. Source services receive the source inputs needed to complete that request. Task records keep input outcomes, source observation dates, result references and the credit reservation or charge. Files and task results are available only through authorized account or API-key access.

Episode-download files are time-limited and show an expiry. Task and billing records may remain after a file expires so that you can inspect outcomes and we can reconcile charges or investigate a failure. When checkout is enabled, Creem processes payment details; ShortDramaKit stores purchase and refund references, amounts and credit entries, not card details. Credit top-ups are currently unavailable while merchant review is pending.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides application hosting, databases, private file storage, network security and performance measurements. It processes the request information needed to provide those services. Google and GitHub provide the sign-in you choose; Creem provides checkout when enabled. Service providers process data for the relevant operation. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address abuse and security incidents.

Private task inputs, results, account emails, API keys and source access links are not published as public pages or sent as application analytics event fields. Support reports, including an optional reply email, are stored privately so we can investigate and respond. Do not include passwords, API secrets or identity documents in a support report.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Essential HttpOnly session cookies maintain login. Browser storage remembers your analytics choice and opaque checkout-recovery references scoped to your account and selected pack; it does not store payment credentials or checkout URLs.

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. Our events contain the tool name, action and public tool URL, with no submitted links, files, results, account emails, notes or API keys. Google also receives standard network information associated with a request, such as browser information. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this analytics integration. Change your choice through Analytics preferences on a tool page.

Storage, protection and retention

We use HTTPS, owner-scoped access checks and protected operator access. Session cookies are HttpOnly; API-key secrets are shown once and only their hash and safe identifying prefix are retained. Google and GitHub account tokens are not retained after sign-in.

Account information remains while needed to operate your account. Tasks, support reports and credit or transaction records are retained for their service, support, reconciliation and security purposes. Result files follow their displayed expiry. A file expiry does not erase its task or charge record. We do not promise that a sign-out or access revocation deletes stored account data.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Contact support@shortdramakit.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your ShortDramaKit account data. We verify account ownership before acting on a request. Records required to complete an unresolved task, reconcile a transaction, investigate abuse or meet a legal obligation may need to be retained for that purpose. Requests for data held independently by Google, GitHub or a payment provider also follow that provider's process.

This policy is dated 19 October 2026. Material changes to the use of sign-in information will be reflected here and communicated through the service as appropriate.
